Ascension Press has a new podcast, The Bible in a Year (w. Father Mike Schmitz), that started on January 1, 2021 and has RESTARTED on January 1, 2022! Fr. Mike, in 20-25 minutes a day will read from the bible, offer a beautiful prayer and a reflection on the readings of the day. A new episode is set to be released each day of 2022, so by the end of this year, you will have read through the whole bible!

This podcast is using a reading plan inspired by The Great Adventure Bible Timeline. This approach centers on the 14 narrative books that tell the story of salvation history from beginning to end. The remaining supplemental books of the Bible are then contextualized within the storyline of the 14 narrative books.
